OKLAHOMA CITY – For the 11th straight year, the Oklahoma City-based law firm Crowe and Dunlevy has received the most Tier 1 ranking in the state from U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers.
Crowe and Dunlevy received 78 Metropolitan Tier 1 rankings in the publication’s 2021 Best Law Firms report, released Thursday.
The law firm received 94 total tier rankings across the publication’s top three tiers for 2021, including 60 Metropolitan Tier Rankings in Oklahoma City and 18 in Tulsa. The firm added two new practice areas – Health Care and Native American Law, both in Oklahoma City – to its Tier 1 list this year.
The firm also received eight Metropolitan Tier 2 rankings in OKC, four in Tulsa, and two in Dallas/Fort Worth. In addition, the firm received one Metropolitan Tier 3 ranking in OKC and one in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Rankings are based on a rigorous evaluation process that includes client and peer evaluations, peer reviews from top attorneys, and additional information provided by law firms. The rankings are designed to capture a consensus among leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same region and practice area.
