PSO shining a light for customers

Tim Hushbeck, external affairs manager in Lawton for Public Service Co. of Oklahoma, hands a package of LED light bulbs to one of more than 1,300 client families at the Lawton Food Bank. PSO had 5,300 energy-efficient LED bulbs to give away in Lawton during the electric company’s “Shine a Light” event Wednesday. LED lights last much longer than many incandescent bulbs and thus save consumers on their energy bills. PSO provides electricity to more than three dozen cities and towns in southwest Oklahoma.
