KIOWA COUNTY –Voters interested in casting absentee ballots in 2025 may request the ballots now using the Oklahoma State Election Board’s OK Voter Portal at www.oklahoma.gov/elections/ovp, or they may download and print an application from the election board’s website, oklahoma. gov/elections. Applications are also available at the Kiowa County Election Board office and may be emailed, faxed or mailed to the county election board.
Voters may request ballots for a single election or all elections in which they are eligible to vote during the election year, according to a news release from the Kiowa County Election Board. Requests must be renewed each year, and all interested voters must submit a new request for 2025.
