Cache suspends police chief, animal control officer

    CACHE – Cache City Council voted Wednesday to suspend Police Chief Michael Crank and Animal Control Officer Alicia Hainline for two days without pay.

     

    However, the council decided it would not take disciplinary action against Probationary Patrol Officer Kylie Kutmen.

     

    The council announced its decision after a 45-minute closed session to discuss whether Crank, Hainline and Kutmen should be disciplined. The council also discussed an investigative report during the closed session, according to the agenda for the meeting.
