Chesapeake increases dividend

DOVER, DE – During a recent meeting, the Board of Directors of Chesapeake Utilities Corp. voted to increase the quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock from $0.685 per share to $0.735 per share.

The Board’s action raises the 2026 annualized dividend by $0.20 from $2.74 to $2.94 per share, a 7.3% increase. The $0.735 per share quarterly dividend will be payable July 6, 2026, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2026.
