From staff reports Jacie Stinson, marketing director and brand ambassador for the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce, graduated from OCCE’s Chamber Management Institute during the 2025 Conference and Awards Celebration in Ardmore.
The institute sessions, which occurred over a three-month period, covered the fundamentals of chamber operations including financial management, board development, economic and community development, membership recruitment and retention, event planning, non-dues revenue sources, and communication strategies.
The Chamber Management Institute of the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce Executives “is an extremely valuable program for the professional development of chamber of commerce professionals,” said 2025 OCCE Board Chair Tracy Caulfield, president and chief executive officer of the Cushing Chamber of Commerce. “Through the years, this program has equipped hundreds of professionals from across the state with the tools and knowledge to lead their chambers and communities.”

The OCCE is the professional organization for Oklahoma’s chamber executives and staff. OCCE operates with the primary goal of serving its membership and encouraging the highest professional standards for the men and women in chamber of commerce management.
