Built in 1950, once home to Sun Ok Barbershop, a building permit was applied on April 17 for demolition of the lot. Looking to be utilized as an office or retail space, the project is valued at $10,000 and the building permit is completed ready to be issued.

Projects listed below are commercial building permits for the year 2020, valued at $10,000 or more and currently under review: 

821 NW Sheridan Rd.

Across the street from a Walmart Supercenter, Sam’s Club and several other chain companies, plans to expand the shopping center will continue with new construction for a Panera Bread Restaurant. Project valuation on this site is estimated to be $1 million.

1 SW F Ave.

Once an industrial space, is now look- ing to undergo a remodel. This site will house a new Grow Facility for Marijuana. The project is estimated at a value of around $1 million.

2040 NW 82nd St.

New construction for a Multi-Use Restaurant is currently under review for this site. The project would cost an estimated $1.5 million. 

7615 NW Cache Rd. What used to house Southwest Fine Wines and Spirits is now looking to undergo a remodel. The project is valued at roughly $20,000 and is under review to become a Cabo Taco.

507 NW Fort Sill Blvd.

Arvest Bank is looking to construct an ATM on the property. The project has an estimated value of over $300,000.

1601 SW Monroe Ave.

Currently home to St. Elmo Baptist Church, the church is looking to expand. Estimated at about $200,000, the church will undergo new construction once the permit has been reviewed.
