10 SW Second St. The Red River Vet Center applied for a building permit for a fire suppression system. The system is valued at a cost over $15,000 and is ready to be issued.
2001 NW Sheridan Road. On May 15, the daycare center at this site filed a permit for change of use. The building permit is currently under review and the project is estimated to begin at a cost of $300.
1311 NW Sheridan Road. The Bank of Commerce filed for a building permit on May 18. The permit was for new signs and will cost over $31,000.
1101 SW C Ave. This site was once the location of a law office, but now is under review for a remodel. On May 18, a building permit was applied for a remodel of a Processing Facility.
7302 NW Sun Blvd. On May 18, a building permit was applied for new construction of a tire retail shop. The project is valued at a cost of $500,000.
6735 NW Atlanta Ave. U.S. Cellular applied for a building permit on May 19 for equipment upgrades and tower modifications. The project is currently under review and estimated to cost $125,000.
2620 W. Gore Blvd. On May 20, a permit was applied for a job trailer on this site. The project is completed and ready to be issued.

1906 NW Cache Road. On May 19, a permit was issued for change of use of this site. The building permit will expire on November 15, 2020.
6205 NW Ferris Ave. On May 20, Brockland Elementary was issued a building permit to change out the school’s window units.
801 SW 11th St. This site was issued a permit on May 21 for a remodel and change of use for current offices.
810 SE Third St. On May 21, a building permit was issued for change of use for Red State Harvesters.
