Projects listed below are commercial building permits for the year 2020, currently being reviewed since May 11:

520 SW Sheridan Rd. A building permit was applied for on March 10 for a demolition of an abandoned service garage. Totaling over $3,000, the permit review is completed and issued May 18.

1601 SE First St. Valued at $200, a building permit was applied for on May 11 and is currently being reviewed for change of use at this dispensary.

3201 W. Gore Blvd. The Comanche County Memorial Hospital applied for a building permit on May 12 to undergo a slight remodel. The project is currently under review and valued over $2,000.

6205 NW Ferris Ave. Brockland Elementary applied for a building permit on May 13 for changing out window units at the school. The project will cost $20,000 and is ready to be issued.

304 SW Lee Blvd. On May 13, this site applied for a building permit. The retail property is under review for change of use to a grow and dispensary facility. The project is valued at $40,000.

207 NW Euclid Ave. On May 14, U.S. Cellular applied for a building permit for modifications to a cell tower as well as equipment upgrades. The project is under review and estimated at a cost of $160,000.

4010 NW Oak Ave. Home Depot applied for a building permit for a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. The permit was completed and issued May 13.

1315 SW Lee Blvd. Chief’s Convenience Store applied for an addition to the store. The permit was completed and issued May 14.
