The Oklahoma Oil and Gas Expo, which was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is making a comeback this year.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14 at the State Fair Park Bennett Event Center, Oklahoma City.

Sustaining Oklahoma’s Energy Resources, a program of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board, will host the one-day event, according to a news release from the OERB. Now in its 24th year, the event brings together well-known companies and the latest innovations in oilfield technology.

“We are thrilled to be planning the Expo this year,” said OERB Executive Director Mindy Stitt. “It is such a great networking opportunity in our industry. We are excited to bring our oil and natural gas producers, service companies and royalty owners back together again.”

The event will comply with all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines applicable for October.

Exhibitors will include small local businesses and large international service companies and all facets of the industry, according to the news release. This year’s Legacy Sponsor is Chappell Supply.

The event will include a complimentary Head Country BBQ lunch.

Registration for exhibitors, sponsors and visitors is now available at www. okoilexpo.com.
