Body

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt addressed a group of approximately 60 California business people who gathered Oct. 3 at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. Stitt and entrepreneur Chet Hitt, a native of Apple Valley, California, flew to L.A. to describe for the business executives various reasons why they should relocate their companies to Oklahoma, in particular to Chickasha’s 284-acre airport industrial park Hitt is developing. Accompanying the governor and Hitt were Chickasha Mayor Zach Grayson, Chickasha Economic Development Council Chairman Ryan Posey, two representatives from the state Commerce Department, three representatives of the Canadian Valley Technology Center, and Jim Cowan, director of the Chickasha EDC.
