OKLAHOMA CITY — The Workers’ Compensation Commission recently approved a proposed 2022 Draft Medical Fee Schedule.

The proposed schedule is published on the commission website for a 30-day public comment period for submission of written comment. The Commission also will conduct a public hearing for oral comments.

The review and update – revised with assistance from external consultant FAIR Health, a national, independent non-profit organization – is being conducted pursuant to a biannual review and approval process established in state law.

The proposed fee schedule can be found at https://www.ok.gov/wcc/Medical/index.html.

Members of the public and stakeholders will have 30 days, until 5 p.m. February 14, to offer feedback and comments on the fee schedule. Those submitting written comments must do so via email to Okfeedback@fairhealth.org.

The Workers’ Compensation Commission will hold a public hearing to hear oral comments from the public and stakeholders at a special meeting on February 10 at 10:00 a.m. in the Denver Davison Building en banc courtroom, 1915 N. Stiles Ave., Oklahoma City, near the State Capitol.
