OKLAHOMA CITY – Tri-State Medical Supplies will pay $363,116 in a pre-lawsuit settlement to resolve allegations that the company inflated prices and shipping charges for medical equipment, a violation of the Oklahoma Medicaid False Claims Act, state Attorney General John O’Connor announced Friday.

Number of banks stable, assets increase

OKLAHOMA CITY – The number of banks in the Sooner State remained stable during the last six months, but assets have grown by almost a billion dollars. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. counted 181 banks in Oklahoma during the first quarter of 2022, unchanged from the last quarter of 2021.
