The Mountain Park City Council recently set rules for renting the city park. The council voted 3-0 on Oct. 13 to approve the rules, which require people holding events at the park to finish by 10 p.m. weekdays and midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

HOBART – A new 60-room Hobart hotel is scheduled to open in early September 2021, which will give the city more hospitality space for large-scale sports and community events.

Oklahoma’s rainfall totals averaged 0.14 of an inch the week of Nov. 9-15, with the northeast district reporting the most rainfall at 0.48 of an inch. Drought conditions were rated 37% abnormally dry to severe drought, up 11 points from the previous week, according to the Nov. 10 U.S.
