Oklahoma’s Tobacco Endowment Settlement Trust (TSET) announced that communities and schools can begin applying for grants from the TSET Healthy Incentive Program beginning Tuesday, Sept. 15. The program offers separate grants for communities and for schools.

OKLAHOMA CITY – A Lawton man was sentenced Sept. 9 to eight years in federal prison for possession of illegal explosives and being a felon in possession of several firearms. The case arose from a 9-1-1 emergency call placed shortly before 2 a.m.
