Mid-Con Energy reports a 4Q loss of $7.9M

TULSA, Okla. (AP) – MidCon Energy Partners LP (MCEP) on Thursday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $7.9 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company said it had a loss of 29 cents.

The oil and natural gas producer posted revenue of $9.8 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $599,000, or 17 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $55.5 million.

In the final minutes of trading last Thursday, the company's shares hit 12 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 86 cents.
