Fort Sill celebrates Army’s ‘birthday’

    The 246th "birthday" of the United States Army was celebrated Monday at Fort Sill in cake-cutting ceremony at McNair Hall, headquarters of Maj. Kenneth Kamper, commanding general of the Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill.
