COLUMBUS, Ohio – Twenty new independent coffee shops, including two in Oklahoma, opened in 2021 through the 7 Steps to Success coffee shop startup program by award-winning coffee roaster Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea, the company said in a press release.
“Kudos to the entrepreneurs who are now living the dream of owning independent coffee shops and serving their local communities,” Crimson Cup Founder and President Greg Ubert said. “We look forward to helping them build their businesses in the years to come.”
Independent coffee shops that opened through the program in 2021 include Coffee Jerks Yukon in Yukon, Okla., and White Buffalo Coffee House in Weatherford, Okla. With the June 7 opening of the Yukon store, there are now three Coffee Jerks locations in the Oklahoma City metro. White Buffalo Weatherford joined the existing White Buffalo stores in Lawton and Altus.
