From staff reports LAWTON – The Great Plains Technology Center Foundation’s latest Student Project Home is complete, foundation officials said recently.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is now for sale, and sealed bids will be accepted through Jan. 27, officials said in a Jan. 7 news release. The minimum bid for the modern, 1,580-square-foot property starts at $144,900.
“GPTC staff are thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of this year’s home, a testament to the dedication and skills of the students involved,” officials said. “Proceeds from the sale of the home will be reinvested into Great Plains via the GPTC Foundation, supporting future student projects and educational initiatives.”
