The Chickasha City Council awarded a $53,900 contract recently to RJE Enterprises of Rogers, Arkansas, to rehabilitate the splash pad, which was built in 2007. “We’re just fixing what’s broken,” because replacing the entire facility would be much more expensive, Parks and Recreation Director Spencer Winzenried said.
