LAWTON – FISTA’s Business Integration Center in Central Plaza has two new tenants.
The FISTA Development Trust Authority, which oversees the Business Integration Center and the FISTA Innovation Park, voted unanimously March 4 to approve lease agreements with the companies Neros Technologies and Resonant Sciences.
A Los Angeles-based drone company, Neros Technologies has agreed to lease approximately 100 square feet in the Business Integration Center for three years, according to the agreement. The company will pay $1,500 a month in rent for the first year, and the amount will rise by 5% each year starting in the second year.
Resonant Sciences, an aerospace company based in Dayton, Ohio, will also lease approximately 100 square feet in the BIC for five years. The company’s rent will be $1,500 per month for the first year, and the amount will increase by 5% each year after that.
In other business, the authority approved a five-year lease with the California-based drone manufacturer Anduril Industries, which will rent 856 square feet in FISTA 1, Suite 1. The space is located in the former Sears storefront in Central Plaza.
Anduril will rent the space for $30 per square foot, for a total of $25,680 per year. The amount will increase by 5% each year starting with the second year.
