From staff reports DUNCAN – As a member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority, Duncan Power is participating in a survey, conducted by Great-Blue Research, for the utility’s residential customers, city officials said in a news release. The results will be used to help the utility provide its best customer service and experiences.
The survey will begin Aug. 5 and will show up on caller ID as GreatBlue Research, officials said. Phone calls will be made between 2 and 8 p.m. weekdays until the survey is completed on Nov. 7.
In addition to phone calls, the survey may also be taken electronically.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes, with topics including satisfaction with the electric utility; perceptions of electric rates; perceptions of the utility’s performance, including response to a customer problem; and power restoration. Feedback from the survey will help Duncan Power continue making improvements to its ser vices and further develop the relationship between provider and customer.
