The City of Duncan will sell its unneeded vehicles and other items during a surplus auction, set for 10 a.m. June 27 at the Stephens County Fairgrounds, 2002 S. 13th St. in Duncan.
Some items, including a fire engine and John Deere tractors, will be offered at noon that day.
A preview of the auction items will run from 1 to 6 p.m. June 26 at the fairgrounds.
The city hired the Duncan- based auctioneer Gary Criswell Auction Service and Real Estate to conduct the auction, which will include a large selection of vehicles, office supplies and shop equipment, city officials said in a news release.
Buyers may pay for their purchases in cash or with a personal check, a company check or a credit card, according to the news release. A valid ID will be required.
Tax-exempt buyers must provide a copy of their sales tax permit to the auction company. There will be no buyer premium.
