OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma Health Care Authority CEO Kevin Corbett named Trae Rahill chief of strategic innovation. Rahill most recently was a director of operations at Mercy and has worked in clinic operations for six years.
At OHCA, he will focus on finding innovative solutions to improve health outcomes and ensure good stewardship of taxpayer funds.
Working with the experienced and talented OHCA team, Rahill will be at the center of the agency’s efforts to make models of its programs and practices for other organizations seeking to keep up with the ever changing world of health care.
“I am honored to join the dedicated team at OHCA, and I’m excited about the work ahead,” Rahill said. “With creativity guiding our thinking, we will continue pursuing, promoting and delivering access to quality health care services for our fellow Oklahomans.”

Rahill, who was born and raised in Oklahoma, earned a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Oklahoma.
He has served thousands in his community through his career and his service on the boards of numerous statewide and local organizations. He currently serves as president of the Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association and vice president of the Oklahoma Messages Project.
Rahill’s work has been recognized through his selection for Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Edmond and Crimson Club Honors Leadership Organization.
