Oklahoma tribal affiliate applies to operate Arkansas casino

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - A subsidiary of the Oklahoma based Cherokee Nation has filed an amended application to open a casino in Arkansas, either near Russellville or in Dover.
