Crop report: Small grains mostly unchanged, row crops mixed

Rainfall averaged 0.70 of an inch across Oklahoma for the week of Nov. 23-29, with the southeast district recording the highest totals at 1.27 inches. Drought conditions were rated 57% abnormally dry to severe drought, up three points from the previous week, according to the Nov. 24 U.S.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Oklahoma congressman Frank Lucas introduced a livestock bill earmarked to add risk management training to land-grant universities’ curriculum.
