Personal trainer opens new Lawton studio

LAWTON – Physician’s assistant and personal trainer Liz Tomichen has a passion for helping people get well and into shape.   Those are the reasons she and husband Tommie Simon, a doctor in Lawton, opened F45 Training Lawton West last Saturday and will continue to run classes through the Oct.

LAWTON—Within a few months, a Slim Chickens franchise will open in Lawton. That’s the word coming from franchise owner Colt Harmon, who has a multi-franchise company with fast-food brands in nearby states. “Lawton really jumped off the map to us. We want it to be a bang,” Harmon said.
