Gaddie Out: Prominent political scientist leaves OU after 25 years

NORMAN — He is, arguably, one of Oklahoma’s best known political scientists.  A faculty member at the University of Oklahoma, he has taught and written about American democracy, Southern politics, voting rights, political  polling, journalism, architecture and heck, even sports.
During a Q&A session at SoonerCon 31 last weekend, voice actor Billy West answers questions about his life and career in the industry. In addition to lending his voice for the red M&M, West’s voice is featured for cartoon characters in Beany and Cecil, Ren and Stimpy, and Futurama. He’s also lent his voice to Doug, Woody Woodpecker, Elmer Fudd and Popeye. He also voiced Bugs Bunny in the 1996 film Space Jam and Shaggy Rogers from Scooby Doo. ADAM GUTIERREZ JR. | SOONERCON
