Overstock.com files 4Q report

MIDVALE, Utah (AP) – Overstock.com Inc. (OSTK) on Friday reported a loss of $27 million in its fourth quarter. The Midvale, Utah-based company said it had a loss of 73 cents per share. The online discount retailer posted revenue of $370.9 million in the period.
