Duncan Public Utilities receives $20M wastewater system loan from OWRB

DUNCAN - The Duncan Public Utilities Authority recently received approval for a $20,446,000 loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to improve the Authority’s wastewater infrastructure.
