$3M payment settles Fort Sill dam lawsuit

OKLAHOMA CITY – A contractor accused of defrauding the federal government on repairs to a dam at Fort Sill paid $3 million to settle a civil complaint alleging breach of contract. LaForge & Budd Construction Co. of Parsons, Kan.
