SB 608 ruled unconstitutional by state Supreme Court

OKLAHOMA CITY – A closely divided Oklahoma Supreme Court last week struck down a state law that could have dramatically changed the way alcohol is distributed in the Sooner State. By a vote of 5-4, the state’s high court said the provisions of Senate Bill 608 violated the Oklahoma Constitution.
