Doctor pleads guilty to drug charges

OKLAHOMA CITY – A doctor pleaded guilty to obtain- ing prescription opioids by fraud and identity theft. David Quy, 62, of Oklahoma City practiced as a Doctor of Osteopathy at Family Medicine Center from 2014 until May 2019.
