Awash in presidential wannabes

Oklahoma has a well-worn national political reputation of being a “fly- over” state for presidential candidates – a place any rational, serious White House contender waves down at from a high-flying campaign plane while jetting to where there are more votes and delegates.

Bloomberg visits Okla. City

OKLAHOMA CITY – Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg spoke to more than 1,000 Oklahomans at a rally in Oklahoma City last Saturday, bypassing the traditional trek to New Hampshire made by candidates and, instead, focusing on states in the Super Tuesday primary.
