Oklahoma House Democrats present their agenda

OKLAHOMA CITY — House Democrats announced a four-point legislative agenda Monday, calling for full Medicaid expansion, increased spending on education and an increase in the minimum wage. The proposal – named A Brand New State Plan – was announced during a press conference at the state Capitol.
