Ft. Sill recovering from freeze damage

FORT SILL – Several buildings and more than 300 homes at Fort Sill were damaged in last week’s Arctic weather, but recovery was relatively swift, Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Russell R. Blackwell said Tuesday.
