BancFirst to buy Vinita bank’s assets

OKLAHOMA CITY – BancFirst Corp.’s subsidiary bank has agreed to purchase The First National Bank and Trust Co. of Vinita’s assets and assume the deposits and other obligations, BancFirst announced Friday.
