Crop report: Small grains down

Rainfall totals in Oklahoma for the week of March 29-April 4 were only trace amounts. Drought conditions in the state were rated 37% abnormally dry to exceptional drought, unchanged from the prior week, according to the March 30 U.S. Drought Monitor Report.
