Sen. Hicks announces studies on child seat belt laws

OKLAHOMA CITY - Members of the Senate will examine current seat belt laws for children this week at the state Capitol. “Last year, Oklahoma had 29 fatalities involving minors who were not restrained,” said Carri Hicks, D-Oklahoma City, who requested the study.
