Motorists lined up August 12 at an Oklahoma Turnpike Authority “PikePass” trailer parked at the rest stop near Chickasha on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike. The OTA moves the trailer “all over the state to help people open accounts,” agency spokesman Jack Damrill said.

OKLAHOMA CITY – The H.E. Bailey Turnpike is the fifth-busiest highway on Oklahoma’s transportation system of 10 toll roads. In addition, three of the state’s top 25 issuers of the electronic PikePass in July are located in Comanche County.
