LAWTON — Lawton’s Parks and Recreation Department will host its Halloween Spooktacular event from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 29 at Owens Recreation Center, 1405 SW 11th St. The event is free and open to the public.

Lawton’s trick-or-treating hours for Halloween will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 31. The city is reminding people about tips for fun and safe trick-or-treating, along with recommended health and safety guidelines in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
