LAWTON - To commemorate 40 years serving Lawton and the surrounding communities, Platt College held a ribbon-cutting ceremony, where a Certificate of Proclamation from Lawton Mayor Stan Booker was presented to the school by City Councilwoman Mary Ann Hankins.
