OKLAHOMA CITY – Legislation regarding first responders and the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder is expected to be filed before the end of the year. “We’re confident that the House understands the need to address this issue and supports our efforts,” said State Rep. Chris Kannady (R-OKC).
