Aug. 23 ballot to include county runoff vote

LAWTON – The Aug. 23 ballot will include a runoff election for the District 1 seat on the Comanche County Commission, in addition to the candidates for Lawton City Council. Incumbent Commissioner Gail Turner is competing against challenger John O’Brien in the GOP race for the District 1 seat.
