26 illegals in Oklahoma are potential candidates for Trump’s deportation order

President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to consummate his promise of mass deportation of illegals, starting on Day One of his second term in the White House.

The likely candidates include more than two dozen Latinos arrested in Oklahoma during the past three months for illegal reentry into the United States – several of whom have been kicked out multiple times.

• David Origel-Villalobos, 42, who has four aliases, pleaded guilty in Muskogee’s Eastern District federal court in October to one count of illegal reentry in the U.S.

He previously was deported on Jan. 8, 2015, from San Luis, Arizona; four days later he was again escorted out of the U.S. at San Ysidro, California; and on Feb. 17, 2019, he was deported yet again from San Ysidro.

Origel-Villalobos was arrested in Poteau in August 2023 by the Leflore County Sheriff’s Department on multiple felony charges, including trafficking in illegal drugs, conspiracy to traffic in illegal drugs, aggravated manufacture of a controlled dangerous substance, keeping a place and/or equipment for cockfighting, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony crime.

Prosecutors dismissed the criminal complaints against Origel-Villalobos in exchange for his guilty plea to unlawful reentry into the United States. He was remanded into the custody of the U.S. Marshal’s Service while awaiting sentencing.

• Adan Garcia-Nava, 35, a Mexican national, pleaded guilty plea in September in Muskogee’s federal court to an indictment charging him with unlawful reentry of an alien removed from the U.S. on four prior occasions. He was previously deported from Texas in 2010, 2013, 2019 and 2022, records show.

Garcia-Nava was arrested in May in Tahlequah by Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies for child abuse by injury. He pleaded guilty in July and received a one-year suspended jail sentence except for the first 30 days’ incarceration, a $500 fine and a $100Violent Crime Act assessment.

Subsequently he was released to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold. Garcia-Nava remains in the custody of U.S. Marshals while awaiting sentencing in the federal case.

• Geronimo Estrada-Villa, 46, was indicted in Oklahoma Cit’s federal court for illegal re-entry into the U.S. after five previous deportations: in 2003, 2005, 2008, 2012, and 2017.

• Antonio Santiz-Lopez, 27, was sitting in the Oklahoma County jail on Aug. 29 when it was learned that he previously was deported to Mexico in 2015, 2017 and again in 2018. He was indicted Oct. 1 for reentry of a removed alien.

• Oscar Adalberto Guillen-Martinez, 52, who has at least four aliases, was indicted in Oklahoma City’s federal court for being in the U.S. illegally after prior deportations in 2010 and 2011.

• Feliberto Rubicel Diaz-Rodriguez, 27, was arrested in western Oklahoma on Aug. 11 after prior deportations in 2019 and again on Feb. 1 this year. He pleaded guilty Oct. 29 to illegal reentry to the U.S. and awaits sentencing.

• Eric Eduardo Maradiaga- Romero, 35, a citizen of Honduras, was marking time in the Oklahoma County Jail on April 1 when a deportation officer checked and found he previously was deported in 2022. Maradiaga-Romero was indicted in Oklahoma City’s federal court on a charge of reentry of a removed alien.

• Daniel Zarraga-Leon, 39, was arrested in western Oklahoma on May 15 and pleaded guilty Nov. 12 to illegally reentering the U.S. after prior deportations in 2019 and 2020. He awaits sentencing.

• Noel Salas-Vargas, 51, who was previously deported from the U.S. in 2010 and 2023, was arrested Oct. 7 inWestern Oklahoma and was indicted Nov. 19 for illegal reentry.

• Basilio Antonio-Hernandez, 40, pleaded guilty in September in Muskogee’s federal district court to one count of unlawful reentry of an alien removed from the U.S. on three prior occasions.

He was arrested May 26 by Heavener police for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Oklahoma State Courts Network indicates no state charges were filed from that arrest.

Antonio-Hernandez was deported in 2003, 2010, and again in 2018. He remains in the custody of U.S. Marshals pending sentencing.

• Tayson Bautista-Ramos, 26, a Guatemalan national, was indicted Nov. 4 inTulsa’s federal court on a charge of unlawful reentry of an alien previously deported from the U.S. in August 2020. Records indicate he remains in custody pending a jury trial scheduled for Dec. 9.

• Adrian Gomez-Osorio, 40, was deported from the U.S. in 2020 but was found in western Oklahoma on Oct. 17. He was indicted in Oklahoma City’s federal district court on Nov. 19 on a charge of illegal reentry.

• Victor Muniz-Nieto, 41, a Mexican national previously deported four times from the U.S., notified Oklahoma’s Northern District federal court that he would plead guilty to unlawful reentry of a removed alien.

• Felipe Bautista Mora, 53, a Mexican national also known by at least four aliases, was indicted Nov. 4 inTulsa’s federal court for unlawful reentry of an alien previously deported from the U.S. on three occasions.

Tulsa police arrested Mora on Oct. 15 for possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, obstruction, driving under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance, and operating a motor vehicle while not in possession of a driver’s license.

• Javier Lopez Canseco, 30, a Mexican national, was arrested Sept. 13 by Tulsa police and subsequently was indicted for unlawful reentry of an alien previously deported from the U.S. on Feb. 24 at Del Rio, Texas. A jury trial in Tulsa’s Northern District federal court is scheduled for Jan. 6.

• Willy Micke Figueroa-Cifuentes, 29, was deported from the U.S. in 2019 but was found in western Oklahoma on June 14. He was indicted Nov. 19 for illegal reentry.

• Clemente Lainez-Ayala, 40, was indicted in Oklahoma City’s Western District federal court on Nov. 6 on a charge of illegal reentry into the United States after a previous deportation in 2022. He remains in detention pending further court proceedings.

• Yuri Patricia Martinez Rivera, 22, a Honduran national, was arrested Oct. 12 in Collinsville for driving under the influence of an intoxicating substance, carrying a 9mm pistol while under the influence, transporting an open container of an alcoholic beverage, driving without a license, and obstruction. Subsequently a permanent resident card found in her possession was determined to be counterfeit.

Rivera was indicted Nov. 4 inTulsa’s federal court on charges of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm and of a fraudulent immigration document. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 9.

• Ricardo Reza-Lopez, 33, a Mexican national, was indicted Nov. 4 in Tulsa’s federal court on a charge of unlawful reentry of an alien previously removed in 2017.

• Jesus Alberto Sanchez Lugo, 49, a Mexican national, was indicted Nov. 4 in Tulsa’s federal court for unlawful reentry of an alien previously deported from the U.S. in 2016.

• Jose Ubaldo Zamora- Guerra, 21, was deported in 2022 but was arrested in western Oklahoma on Nov. 9 and was indicted in Oklahoma City’s federal district court 10 days later for illegal reentry.

• Mexican nationals Paul Jimenez Diaz, 37, and Saul Peña Becerra, 20, were indicted in Oklahoma’s Northern District federal court on felony charges of drug conspiracy, possession of 1,000 grams of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of 400 grams of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of 3,000 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and maintaining a drug-involved premises in Tulsa.

A jury trial for both men is scheduled for Feb. 3.

• Hilario Lucas Mendoza, 42, a Guatemalan national who has at least 11 aliases, was arrested Sept. 26 inTulsa for domestic assault and battery. A records check disclosed that Mendoza was deported from the U.S. twice in 2009, and admitted he reentered the country illegally in 2018 in Arizona.

He was indicted in October for unlawful reentry, and remains in the custody of U.S. Marshals pending a jury trial scheduled for Dec. 2.

• Victor Becerra-Gaytan, 36, a Mexican national, was indicted Oct. 8 in Tulsa’s federal court on a charge of being an alien in possession of a firearm while in the United States unlawfully.

• Raul Yepez Garcia, 46, a Mexican national, was indicted inTulsa on charges of assault on a federal officer and being an alien unlawfully in the United States while in possession of a firearm.

• Gerardo Becerra- Quiroz, 36, was arrested by Tulsa police on July 27, and a records check revealed he was previously deported from the U.S. on five occasions, most recently in 2020. He is charged in Tulsa’s federal court with unlawful reentry of a removed alien. He agreed to plead guilty and awaits sentencing.

• Esteban Abarca-Calbario, 45, a Mexican national, is charged with unlawfully reentering the United States. He has pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing.

Owasso police pulled him over on July 18, 2024, for a traffic violation, and law enforcement officers discovered he had been deported from the U.S. on two occasions: in 2009 and again in 2023.
