TULSA – Amplify Energy Corp. on Wednesday reported third-quarter net income of $5.2 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Tulsa, Oklahoma based company said it had net income of 15 cents.
The oil and gas company posted revenue of $73 million in the period.
Amplify Energy shares have increased 1.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen slightly more than 1% in the last 12 months.
