Projects listed below are commercial building permits for the year 2020, currently being reviewed since April 27:
6720 NW Cache Road
Favorite local coffee shop, Revolution Coffee Co., is looking to add a drive-thru window for easier pickup. The building permit was reviewed on April 28 and is now ready to be issued. The project is estimated at $50,000.
3401 SW 11th St. A new parking lot overlay is soon to be added to the Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport. Valued at over $300,000, the project review was completed April 29 and ready to issue.
4410 NW Cache Road
This site was previously used as a car lot, but now it’s intended use will be for Automotive Claims and Auto
Insurance. The building permit was reviewed on April 30 and is set to be issued. The project is estimated at a value of $150.
2434 SE F Ave.
April 29, Verizon Wireless applied for a building permit for an upgrade on the building. The permit is currently under review and the project is valued at $10,000.
Since April 27, only two new commercial building permits have been issued:
20 NW 67th St.
Currently the site is still in the white box stage of construction, meaning the interior is unfinished. The permit was issued April 29 to make the interior of the building ready for occupancy.
4410 NW Cache Road.
This site is intended to be used for Automotive Claims. Though the building permit was issued May 1, the building permit has been reviewed and is ready to be issued.
