10 SW. Second St.: On June 4, the Department of Veteran Affairs applied for a building permit for a new sign valued over $8,000.
1110 S.W. B Ave.: Valued over $30,000, a building permit was applied for on June 8 for change of use and remodel of business offices.
201 S.W. Lee Blvd.: On June 8, a building permit was applied for to remodel what used to be VanHoozer Auto Sales. The site will now become a cannabis dispensary and the project will cost over $90,000.
400 S.E. Stafford St.: Southwest Sales filed a building permit on June 8 for a new sign, costing more than $3,000.

1312 N.W. Sheridan Rd.: A permit was issued on June 9 for demolition of the warehouse at this site.
301 S.E. D Ave.: On June 8, a building permit was issued for change of use and remodel of a new grow facility.
5502 W. Gore Blvd.: Eisenhower Middle School was issued a building permit on June 8 for a new interior build-out. The school will have until December 5 to complete the project before the permit expires.
7615 N.W. Cache Rd.: A building permit was issued on June 8 for a remodel for what will be a Cabo Taco.
1605 S.W. Monroe Ave.: On June 8, a building permit was issued for new construction to St. Elmo Baptist Fellowship Hall.
5116 N.W. Cache Rd.: A building permit was issued On June 9 for foundation repair of Bryan’s Car Corner II, which used to be the site of Lawton Motorsports.
