A carryover of a 2023 proposal, HB 2699, which is the Oklahoma Flat Income Tax Rate S tudy Act of 2023, is cur rently pending in the House Appropriations and Budget Revenue and Taxation Subcommittee Committee. A he aring is scheduled for Feb. 26, and the r esults were not available by press time.
