OKLAHOMA CITY — Human resource professionals have two opportunities to gain a greater understanding of the ever-evolving legal landscape at a pair of October hybrid seminars hosted by Crowe & Dunlevy.

 

Set for Oct. 12 at the Embassy Suites Downtown in Oklahoma City and Oct. 19 at the Renaissance Hotel & Convention Center in Tulsa, the seminars will focus on current trends and topics in labor and employment law. Members of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group will lead sessions covering topics including COVID-19, FMLA updates, classification of independent contractors, governmental audits and cybersecurity tips.

 

Open to human resource professionals from all industries, the in-person and virtual training is approved for Society for Human Resource Management and HR Certification Institute credit. The seminars are designed to help human resource professionals navigate the intricacies of employment laws and regulations in the workplace.

 

Limited, socially distanced seating will be in place at both locations. Seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Masks are also encouraged. 

 

Virtual attendance is also available.
